Founded in 1969 by Mr. Luigi Termignoni, TERMIGNONI S.p.A. is a Company that designs and creates exhaust systems for motorcycles oriented to racing and road use at the highest levels. The experience gained over the years on the race tracks is transferred to aftermarket products to always provide high-level performance.

The company's mission is to develop exhaust systems capable of always giving an increase in performance in terms of power and/or weight. The R&D department that designs and creates the racing systems for MotoGP, Moto2 and SBK is the same one that designs the aftermarket systems.
