WARRANTY AND WITHDRAWAL

The right of withdrawal is valid no later than 10 days from receipt of the goods and used or tested products are not accepted.

The right of withdrawal is exercised by sending a written communication to our office within ten days by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt. It is possible to send the communication, within the same term, also by telegram or e-mail, provided that it is confirmed by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within the following forty-eight hours.
The return shipment is at the buyer's expense.

The warranty also lapses immediately when dealing with home-made changes to the product by the customer.

In the event of a refund request, since these are handcrafted and custom-built products, MotoDecibel reserves the right to withhold up to 20% of the value of the product in case of return in order to cover the costs of management and production (art. 59, lettera c) del Codice del consumo.

The Purchaser cannot exercise this right of withdrawal for contracts for the purchase of products built to measure or clearly personalized or which, by their nature, cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.

The only costs payable by the consumer for exercising the right of withdrawal pursuant to this article are the direct costs of returning the goods to the Supplier, unless the Supplier agrees to pay them. In the event of a refund, MotoDecibel reserves the right to withhold 20% of the order amount to cover production and management costs.

All products purchased through our site are covered by the guarantee offered by the manufacturer. Defective products will be immediately replaced with new ones. All obviously completely free. The warranty is void immediately when dealing with damage caused by the Customer or modifications made in-house by the Customer.
All parts subject to wear (see rock wool soundproofing sports exhausts) are excluded from the warranty.
